This is separate from the Outlook add-in, which allows you to access your scheduling links or create a customized invitation directly from your Outlook toolbar, and does need to be installed separately. The Outlook plug-in is for connecting Calendly directly to your Outlook calendars to check for conflicts and add events. Are you troubleshooting the Outlook Plug-in or Outlook Add-in? In order for the Outlook Plug-in to properly sync with Calendly, make sure you are only running one instance of the Outlook Plug-in per Calendly user. Exit Outlook, and then restart it by using the delegates profile. Select OK at the prompt that instructs you to restart Outlook. Select Finish after the account is added successfully. If you do not see the Calendly Plugin for Outlook app within your search bar, the Outlook Plug-in is not installed on your device.

If you do not see an instance of the Outlook Plug-in running in your taskbar, use your PC's search bar to search for, and open the Calendly Plugin for Outlook.

From there, look for an item listed with the Calendly logo.

Select the upwards-facing arrow in your Windows taskbar to Show hidden icons.

Any changes made while your computer is off and the plug-in is disconnected will only update once your device is back on. The Outlook Plug-in will only sync when it is running in the background and your computer is connected to the internet.
